Rowland & Moore LLP Gas Experience
Text Box: Steve Moore and Tom Rowland have participated in the rates cases brought by Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company and NICORP Gas (Northern Illinois Gas Company) since 1982. They are familiar with their operations and the issues affecting those companies. Rowland & Moore LLP have also represented end users and gas marketers in several matters involving transportation of natural gas. That work has included disputes between suppliers and their local distribution companies, regulatory approvals for licenses to provide alternative gas supply throughout the Midwest and disputes between customers and their gas suppliers. Significant recent work includes forcing two gas utilities to create new rate classifications for grain dryers and work on behalf of providers of small commercial and residential gas service in recent Nicor and Peoples Gas rate cases.
