OUR SERVICES
Text Box: We represent state subsidiaries of some of the nation’s largest competitive telecommunications carriers and electric and natural gas suppliers as well as smaller companies competing in those arenas. Our work for these providers involves advocating their positions before regulatory commissions in individual and generic proceedings, obtaining appropriate regulatory approvals and responding to regulatory violations alleged by governmental entities. We also represent our clients in their interactions with incumbent local exchange carriers, electric and natural gas public utilities, including negotiation, arbitration and litigation of disputes. Our work takes us before state and federal regulatory authorities trial courts and appellate courts, where we have successfully advanced our clients’ interests in competing in their chosen market.
