Kevin Rhoda, an associate at Rowland & Moore LLP, has been involved in communications and energy law since 1999.  Kevin began his career as a law clerk at Rowland & Moore and also participated in an externship with the Illinois Commerce Commission.  Kevin received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2001.  Prior to law school, Kevin received a B.S. in civil engineering from Bradley University.
