We have successfully defended competitors rights, whether economic, engineering or legal, regarding interconnection and operation of telecommunications networks and the establishment and enhancement of local telecommunication markets. Text Box: Agreeing with the position taken by Rowland & Moore, The Seventh Circuit Court of  Appeals recently sustained the findings of the Illinois Commerce Commission in a decision on which parts of AT&T’s Illinois network must be provided to competitive carriers at economic cost.
